Ground floor: Ground floor: Through the round arched entrance you enter the inviting living room with attractive seating ensemble and a fire place. From here a glazed double door leads into the spacious newly refurbished open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob (5 flames) mounted in a Traventine worktop, dishwasher, copper plated extractor hood, copper sink, refrigerator with freezer, oven, micro-oven, coffee mashine for espresso, filter coffee mashine, built-in cupboards with drawers. The kitchen also includes a round dining table group and six chairs. A washing machine is available in a separate room behind the house.

1 double bedroom with (ensuite) new, modern private bathroom is located directly behind the kitchen. The nostalgic bed of golden wrought iron frame, two bedside tables with beautiful table lamps, an antique wardrobe in walnut and upholstered chairs are characteristic of this room. Right next door is the ivory and apricot-colored private bathroom with window, decorated with trims of terracotta. (Shower, toilet, bidet). A wooden staircase leads to the

first floor where two further double bedrooms are located, each with new, modern private (ensuite) bathroom.

Left of the stairs you stay in a room with antique furniture manufactured about 1890: chest of drawers with marble top, wardrobe with mirror-door cabinet high, 2 nightstands, 1 double-bed with black-colored wrought iron frame. The ivory-colored private bathroom with terracotta trims is equipped with shower, toilet, bidet and window.

To the right of the stairs you also rest in antique ambience: 3 stones, laid into the wall, survivals of ancient time, remember that here has been produced "Vin santo", a sweet dessert wine. The double bed with wrought iron ornament, green and gold tinted, and hand-painted medaillon at the head end provides restful sleep. Antique wardrobe.

All bedrooms, equipped with new, medium-hard health mattresses and televisions, are situated on the valley side.

The floors are fitted with typical terracotta tiles, the ceilings with beams in chestnut wood and terracotta.

The house is very well insulated with Thermopen panes, at each window there are fixed mosquito nets. All windows are closed from the inside with wooden "shutters". All doors and window frames made of solid wood.

Below the pool terrace there is also available, for your exclusive use, an approx. 5-acre terraced olive grove accessable through a wooden gate. In the olive grove there are plenty of fruit trees with figs, peaches, apples, pears, cherries, kaki, grapes, raspberries, black berries, nectarines to pick.

An octagonal private pool (about 9 x 5 m, open from early May to late September) is situated in the olive grove, a few meters to the left below the panoramic terrace. The pool is "set", but bordered on one side directly to the olive grove slope, so it is practicly embedded in the earth. From the panoramic swimming pool you enjoy a fantastic view.
